Swaledale steak burgers, cooked over charcoal, onion, lettuce, Black Iberico tomato and a slice of processed cheese on a toasted Jason's tiger roll for me please.
Most supermarkets have them, but they’re usually sold under a confusing name like ‘cheesy slices’ because I think they’re not legally allowed to be called cheese
I only had it once, when I lived in Chicago for 6 months. In an omelette at diner. I was ecstatic! The stuff that passes for food over yonder has to be tried 😂
Erudite, even doctrinal - a necessary reminder in today’s noise that there is a proper way to do things and we shouldn’t be fobbed off by fad-ism.
Thank you 🙏

But where can I find American cheese in the UK? Or am I just not looking hard enough?

Ah ok. I will look more closely - my son has been pestering me to get the right cheese 😂 What’s your opinion on spray cheese? 🤔
I used to love it when I was a kid but haven’t had it in years! Can’t imagine it would hold up on a burger though

Wonderful depth and consideration. Such focus drowns out the orange noise. Love from Melbourne, Australia.
Thank you! ❤️
I still haven’t found a suitable bun ….
